Eduardo Gallo-Cajiao recently finished an internship at the East Asian-Australasian Flyway Partnership to characterise and analyse the international policy framework for the conservation of migratory shorebirds within the East Asian-Australasian Flyway. His work had a specific focus on three countries, Australia, China and the Republic of Korea. This work was supported from a grant to EAAFP from the Government of Australia’s Department of the Environment and involved literature research, key stakeholder interviews and visits to each of the three focus countries.
